Not only does this school hire "home grown" culty, the school rejects the highly qualified. The management is run by women these days, and believe me, if a woman applies for the job, she will get it. So r, the welding instructors and auto mechanics are still men, but it wont be long until some woman applies, and even those jobs will be all female too. If you are female, this is the place for you. If you are a guy, be prepared for discrimination.
School is not regionally accredited so dont waste your time or money. They claim to be "working on it" but what they mean is "we havent bothered with it in the last 50 years that weve been open, but just now see how much money we can bring in if we were accredited". Faculty are homegrown meaning that they hire graduates as their full time culty with only a year or two experience in the field. No other respectable institution relies on the student body to teach incoming students.
